You were born, made and refined for greatness.
Now, it’s important to acknowledge that this greatness spoken of is meant to be divinely architected and designed to be different, not only for each individual, and this greatness will unfold and refine for you over time. Here, it is essential to remember that my greatness will look different than yours, and yours will look different than mine, and yours will also look different at age 03, 17, 26, 33, 49, and so on. You must know that, you my love will be great — as you already are in this moment.
Let me ask you a few questions.
To you, what does it mean to be great?
How would you define greatness?
This will give you direction and deepen your understanding of what this passage speaks of specifically for you. You see, in order for you to reach or rather embody your greatness, you must first know and remember that who you are has never been before, and that this journey of life will be or perhaps you already know it’s been about discovering what paths activate, resonate and refine who you are and who you are meant to be in this life.
There are many things that contribute to this. This could be like myself growing up as a martial artist in a martial arts family, or my beloved who grew up with a unique and beautiful connection to adventuring outdoors, or my best friend whose father was a musician and performer. You see these things, our ancestors, our motherlands, these roots, they play a role in our greatness. They give us a foundation, not that it defines our path, but it most certainly helps in the journey of shaping it.
So my next question,
If you look back to where your journey of life began, what has been unique to you?
What did you love to do?
Who were you naturally?
What was the environment that shaped you?
The goal is not to be great at doing something. The intention is to be great at being you, with your own unique blueprint and this journey of owning your greatness will also be defined by who you choose to be through the process of becoming more and more well….you.
Think of it like drinking water, simple.
One person can fill up their cup, drink water and continue about their day.
Now, again think of drinking water. Simple.
This time, one person fills up their cup with water, acknowledging that water is life and that of which is in the cup can be activated and encoded with intention, prayer and recognition that it will then become part of their bodily makeup. That is greatness. It’s taking simple things in your life into a ritual that acknowledges the sacredness and life that is in all things.
Anyone can see another person and say hello, but not everyone can see another person and see their greatness.
Someone who is aware of their greatness will acknowledge the unique greatness in another.
A lot of what is shared here is for your own interpretation. However, the one and main direction here will be that in order to be great, you must acknowledge this to be unique to you, and also you must see it uniquely in others.
To truly love, you must release yourself and others from the burden of your own expectations.
This also applies to greatness.
The less pressure you place on yourself, the more natural and effortless it will be to not only embody and emanate your greatness, but also for you to feel it and see it in yourself. And the same goes for others. If you’re placing pressure through your own expectations or projections of how another’s greatness should look like or be, that is like looking at a rose and yelling at it for not being a Lily. In that moment, not only are you not seeing them, you are also contributing to the massive illusion of separateness, instead of the truth of our sacredness.
So, acknowledge yourself and others without titles, expectations and projections, and you will see greatness, you will see sacredness.
You will see how in this life, you, me and all of us are learning to become great at being the very unique, beautiful, powerful and impactful heart that we came here to be, no matter what it looks like.
You are great.
You were made for and refined for greatness.
Know this here.
Remember, this now.
