What I know from my own journeys into the inner realms is that having a powerful guide alongside to help reshape my life, walking with me as I write the next chapter is of the utmost importance. I share this, because for a couple years after my first journey I had zero guidance on what to do with what I had just experienced.

I want to be clear on something. Having a coach or guide is not needed, you need nothing outside yourself. What I know however, with conviction, is that having one will help you collapse the gap from where you are to where you want to be on a much more rapid timeline. 

I work one on one, in an intimate container where you are the subject and the material. As these deeply held patterns and beliefs have become shaken to their core, the real work begins as we put it all out on the table, roll up our proverbial sleeves and build a more aligned way of Being in your life.
